Agenda of today's LegCo meeting revised for second time

The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:

     The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for today (July 9) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised for the second time.  In addition to the original items, the President of LegCo has given permission for the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee, Mr Abraham Shek, to present the Report of the Public Accounts Committee on Report No. 62 of the Director of Audit on the Results of Value for Money Audits at the meeting and address the Council on the report.

     The Deputy Chairman of the Panel on Public Service, Mr Poon Siu-ping, will also present the Report of the Panel on Public Service 2013-2014 at the meeting and address the Council on the report.

     In addition, the Chairman of the Legislative Council Select Committee to Inquire into Matters Relating to Mr Timothy Tong's Duty Visits, Entertainment, and Bestowing and Receipt of Gifts during his Tenure as Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Mr Ip Kwok-him, will present the report of the Select Committee at the meeting and address the Council on the report.

     Mr Dennis Kwok will also present the Report on Matters Relating to Mr Timothy Tong's Duty Visits, Entertainment, and Bestowing and Receipt of Gifts during his Tenure as Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption at the meeting and address the Council on the report.
