Police will implement special traffic arrangements to facilitate a public procession to be held on Hong Kong Island this Sunday (June 29).
The procession will depart Southorn Playground at 11am for Central government Offices via westbound Hennessy Road, westbound Queensway, Pacific Place footbridge, Queensway Plaza, CITIC Tower footbridge, Tim Mei Avenue footbridge, Harcourt Road northern pavement and Tim Mei Avenue western pavement.
Police will intermittently close some traffic lanes along the procession route when necessary. Vehicles in car parks along the procession route may not be permitted to leave or enter the car parks during the road closure period.
Motorists are advised to drive with care and patience, and follow the instructions of the Police on site.
