The puppet theatre production "Show Me Once" (in Cantonese), one of the stage programmes at the International Arts Carnival (IAC), will have one more additional performance in response to overwhelming public demand. Details are as follows:

Fantasy Puppet Theatre adapted a true story for "Show Me Once", blending contemporary shadow play and lively puppetry to conjure up a series of dynamic scenes on stage to display the immense love of a father. In the story, the young boy Siu-kin catches a rare disease and is going to lose his vision. To give his son lasting memories of some of the world's most amazing sights and experiences, Siu-kin's father sells his small business and together they embark on a glorious globetrotting journey.
Tickets for the additional performance will be available at URBTIX from tomorrow (June 28) onwards. Half-price tickets are available for full-time students, senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and their minders, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance recipients. Booking discounts of up to 20 per cent are available for other IAC full-price performing arts/film programmes.
The IAC, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, will run from July 11 to August 17 featuring a variety of events for family entertainment. Programme brochures are available at URBTIX outlets or at the carnival website www.hkiac.gov.hk.
