The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
The fifth public hearing of the Legislative Council (LegCo) Public Accounts Committee on "Mega Events Fund" (Chapter 3) of the Director of Audit's Report No.62 originally scheduled for today (June 14) at 8.30am is cancelled.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the Bills Committee on Construction Workers Registration (Amendment) Bill 2014 originally scheduled for today at 9.30am is also cancelled.
Moreover, various services at the LegCo Complex provided for members of the public today, including guided educational tours of the LegCo Complex, and use of services provided by the Children's Corner and the LegCo Library, are suspended.
