Water quality upgrade at Clear Water Bay Second Beach

Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (June 13) that the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) has classified the water quality at Clear Water Bay Second Beach in Sai Kung District as Grade 2, which means the water quality has improved. However, due to big waves, the red flag has been hoisted at the beach. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
The water quality of the beach was earlier classified as Grade 4 and unsuitable for swimming by the EPD.
