Woman holding charged with murder

Police today (June 5) laid a holding charge against a 36-year-old woman with one count of murder.
Police arrested the woman yesterday in suspected connection with a murder case occurred at Wing Chun House in Wing Cheong Estate yesterday in which her one-year-old daughter was attacked and later certified dead at Kwong Wah Hospital. The woman also sustained injuries.
The case will be mentioned at Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts in her absence tomorrow.
