The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Sustainable Manpower Training and Development: Key to Success for Enterprises III" on June 25 (Wednesday). The seminar will explore how enterprises can enhance their competitiveness through effective staff training and development strategies.
The speakers will include the Executive Director of Sunta Chemical Limited, Ms Terry Fang; the Manager of the People Development & Customer Assurance Department of Hung Fook Tong Holdings Limited, Ms Sonia Tsang; and the Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Services of New World Telecommunications Limited, Mr David Li. A representative of the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) will also introduce ERB Employer Services, which aims to assist employers in recruitment and training matters.
The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
