SCED expresses condolences on death of Mr George Ho

The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Gregory So, today (June 4) expressed his deepest condolences over the death of the Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Company Limited, Mr George Ho.
"Mr Ho was a pioneer in the local broadcasting industry. He founded Commercial Radio in the 1950s which produced, throughout the years, numerous popular radio dramas and programmes, heralding a glorious era in the broadcasting history of Hong Kong.
"I am saddened at the passing of Mr George Ho and extend my deepest condolences to his family," Mr So said.
