The Water Supplies Department today (May 29) announced that the flushing water supply to some premises in Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui and Ho Man Tin districts will be suspended from 9am to 5pm on May 31 due to alteration work on water mains.
The suspension will affect all premises within the area bounded by Lai Cheung Road, Ferry Street, Tong Mi Road, Prince Edward Road West, Lai Chi Kok Road, Bute Street, Luen Wan Street, Yim Po Fong Street, Waterloo Road, Argyle Street, Tin Kwong Street, Sheung Shing Street, Ma Tau Wai Service Reservoir, Kau Pui Lung Road Playground, Ho Man Tin High Level Service Reservoir, Ho Man Tin East Service Reservoir, Yan Fung Street, Chatham Road North, Chatham Road South, Cheong Wan Road, Cross-Harbour Tunnel Kowloon Portal, the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, the Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier, Harbour City, China Hong Kong City, the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade and Western Harbour Crossing Kowloon Portal.
