The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (May 22) that, due to system enhancement, the Leisure Link computerised booking system (LLS) will be suspended on May 27 and June 3 respectively.
The first phase of the LLS system enhancement will be conducted between 2pm and 4pm on May 27, during which all channels of the booking system, namely the Internet booking service, counter advance booking, telephone reservation and self-service kiosks, will all be suspended. During the suspension period, on-the-spot booking will still be available through venue counters.
As for the second phase of the LLS system enhancement, which will take place on June 3 between 10am and 6pm, only Internet booking service will be suspended while counter advance booking, telephone reservation and self-service kiosks will not be affected.
