The Town Planning Board (the Board) today (May 16) announced amendments to the draft Yau Ma Tei Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involved the rezoning of a site at No. 54 Waterloo Road from "Government, Institution or Community" ("G/IC") to "Government, Institution or Community(2)" ("G/IC(2)"), with revision to the building height restriction from five storeys to 57mPD and stipulation of setback requirement.
The draft Yau Ma Tei OZP No. S/K2/22 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Tsuen Wan and West Kowloon District Planning Office and the Yau Tsim Mong District Office.
Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Board on or before July 16. Representations made to the Board will be made available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft Yau Ma Tei OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed on the Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
