The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of five former government quarters each consisting of one flat with one or two car parking space(s) in Pokfulam and Happy Valley, Hong Kong. The tender notice was gazetted today (May 16).
Three of these properties are located at Blocks 41-44 of Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Pokfulam. Each flat has a saleable area of about 193.1 square metres. The other two flats of about 133.0 square metres saleable area each are in Beverly Hill, 6 Broadwood Road, Happy Valley. These five properties will be sold with vacant possession. Tenderers may submit tenders to purchase one or more or all of them.
All the five properties will be open from 2pm to 6pm for inspection by interested parties during the following periods:
(i) May 17, 2014 (Saturday)
(ii) May 18, 2014 (Sunday)
(iii) May 24, 2014 (Saturday)
(iv) May 25, 2014 (Sunday)
(v) May 31, 2014 (Saturday)
(vi) June 1, 2014 (Sunday)
Interested parties are required to register at the reception counter of 30/F of Block 43 of Baguio Villa and Flat D2 on 5/F of Block D of Beverly Hill respectively prior to inspection.
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). They can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box situated on the ground floor, East Wing of the Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on June 6, 2014. Late tenders will not be accepted.
