API on swimming safety and hygiene (with photos)

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department will launch a new set of TV and radio Announcements in the Public Interest (APIs) today (April 29) to promote safety and hygiene in public swimming pools. Photo shows a screen shot of the TV API calling on adults to take good care of children at all times when swimming.
