LegCo Public Accounts Committee public hearings

The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:

     The Legislative Council (LegCo) Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has decided to hold public hearings on "Planning, construction and redevelopment of public rental housing flats" (Chapter 2), "Mega Events Fund" (Chapter 3) and "Promoting the development of social enterprises" (Chapter 7) of the Director of Audit's Report No.62.

     The PAC will hold the public hearings on "Planning, construction and redevelopment of public   rental housing flats" (Chapter 2) and "Promoting the development of social enterprises" (Chapter 7) on May 5 (Monday) at 9am and 2.30pm in Conference Room 2 of the LegCo Complex respectively.

     Seven witnesses have been invited to appear before the above public hearings to respond to points raised in the Reports and answer questions asked by members of the Committee.

     The programmes for the public hearings are as follows:
