Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tai Po this morning (April 12) in which a 39-year-old man died.
About 5am, a motorcycle driven by the man was travelling along Fanling Highway towards Sheung Shui. When reaching near Kau Lun Hang, it reportedly crashed into the road divider on the right.
Sustaining serious injuries, the motorcyclist was rushed to Northern District Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 5.45am.
Investigations by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North, are underway.
