Government to resume land for public housing development in Tuen Mun

The Government will resume 35 private agricultural lots with a total area of about 20,795.9 square metres near Po Tong Ha in Area 54, Tuen Mun, to facilitate the development of public housing.
A notice for the land resumption was published in the Gazette today (April 11).
The site formation and infrastructural works of the project are expected to commence in 2015 for completion in 2019. The construction of public housing is expected to be completed in 2021.
