Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, at a media session after attending the Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers inauguration ceremony cum forum on constitutional development this afternoon (February 22):

Reporter: Mrs Lam, mind telling us something about the arrangement and the update for the morning meeting with the Legislative Council members and the liaison office and the government?

Chief Secretary for Administration: Following the last occasion when I hosted four dinners in the CS' residence for the Legislative Council members, we have received some feedbacks from individual members that if we were to organise more of this sort of informal occasions for Legislative Council members to exchange the views amongst themselves and also to exchange views with government officials, it would be highly desirable if we could also invite relevant officials from the Central People's Government Liaison Office (CPGLO) to come along. So since we have received that request, we have been following up on the matter, so I am pleased to say that we have now, sort of, firmed up the arrangements that in the latter half of March, I will host another four such gatherings, but this time round, it will take the form of breakfast meetings. There will be four breakfast meetings which we will invite all the Legislative Council members to attend, and I will also invite the CPGLO's colleagues from the legal division to come along to listen to the views of the Legislative Council members and also to exchange the views on the legal matters relating to constitutional development in Hong Kong.
