The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for tenancies of the government canteen at 2/F, Government Flying Service Headquarters, 18 South Perimeter Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island; and a shop tenancy at Shop No. 3, Departure Waiting Hall, Deck 1, Inner Pier of the Hong Kong¡VMacau Ferry Terminal, Central, each for a term of three years.
The property on Lantau Island should be used for canteen purposes only, while the property in Central should be used for the purposes of a newspaper and/or magazine retail counter only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (February 21). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before March 3 this year for the property on Lantau Island, and on or before March 10 this year for the property in Central.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on March 11 this year for the property in Lantau Island, and before noon on March 18 for the property in Central. Late tenders will not be accepted.
