Special traffic arrangements for Lunar New Year Fair in Yuen Long

Police will implement special traffic arrangements to facilitate the Lunar New Year Fair 2014 in Yuen Long.
Keung Yip Street will be closed between 9am tomorrow (January 21) and 2pm on January 31. Other traffic arrangements will be implemented next week.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the area. Police appeal to members of the public to exercise patience and to follow Police instructions at scene.
