A tea reception for Legislative Council (LegCo) Members and the new Boards of Directors of six charitable organisations was held today (January 20) in the Dining Hall of the LegCo Complex. These charitable organisations include the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Po Leung Kuk, Lok Sin Tong, Pok Oi Hospital, Yan Chai Hospital and Yan Oi Tong.
The President of LegCo, Mr Jasper Tsang, said holding tea receptions with charitable organisations provided opportunities for Members to make the acquaintance of the Boards of Directors and exchange views with them on matters of mutual concern in a relaxing atmosphere.
Members attending the tea reception included Mr Tsang, Mr Tam Yiu-chung, Mr Wong Ting-kwong, Ms Starry Lee, Mr Ip Kwok-him, Mr Paul Tse, Mr Alan Leong, Mr Wong Yuk-man, Mr Ng Leung-sing, Mr Steven Ho, Mr Yiu Si-wing, Dr Helena Wong, Dr Chiang Lai-wan and Dr Lo Wai-kwok.
