SCMA to visit Fujian

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will depart for Fuzhou on January 23 to accompany the Chief Executive to visit Fujian.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong on January 24. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
