Delegation of DC chairmen and vice chairmen continue visit to Beijing and Tianjin (with photos)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, and chairmen and vice chairmen of the 18 District Councils continued their visit to Beijing and Tianjin today (January 11). They attended a seminar hosted by the Vice-chairperson of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Basic Law Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Mr Zhang Rongshun.
