Special traffic arrangements for Legal Year Opening 2014

Police will implement the following special traffic arrangements in the vicinity of City Hall in Central between 4am on January 13 (Monday) and 5am on the following day to facilitate the holding of "The Ceremonial Opening of the Legal Year 2014":
I. Road closure
- Eastbound and westbound of Edinburgh Place outside of City Hall; and
- Leftmost lane of northbound Edinburgh Place between City Hall Car Park and the northern section of Edinburgh Place.
II. Traffic diversion
- Traffic along northbound Edinburgh Place cannot turn left to westbound Edinburgh Place.
