Public urged not to use unsafe cosmetic cream (with photo)

The Department of Health today (December 23) appealed to the public not to buy or use a cosmetic cream (without English name, see photo) as the mercury content of its sample upon testing by the Hospital Authority was 35 028 times the acceptable level and dangerous to health.
