Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, at a media session in Beijing this evening (December 18):
Reporter: Mr Leung, just now, when you briefed state leaders, you have said you have achieved some substantial progress in your work, but still your popularity in Hong Kong remains quite low. Were you trying to mislead the state leaders?
Chief Executive: Well, I'm quite happy to discuss the progress that we made so far on the basis of, for example, the list of achievements of the present-term Government that we published on the 1st of July this year, where there's the question of housing, poverty alleviation or other key policy agenda areas of the Government.
