The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (December 15) that free admission tickets for the works completion ceremony of the Hong Kong Velodrome have all been distributed.
The ceremony will commence at 3pm on December 30 at the Hong Kong Velodrome, 107 Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O. Ticket holders will be admitted at 2.30pm. Each participant will receive a wooden souvenir made with track material bearing the velodrome's logo.
The LCSD appealed to members of the public who have obtained admission tickets to attend the ceremony as scheduled. Those who will be unable to turn up on the day should pass the tickets to friends and relatives so that the tickets will be not wasted.
