The Leisure and Cultural Services Department will organise a works completion ceremony for the Hong Kong Velodrome on December 30. Ceremony audience will each get a free souvenir which is made of the material of the velodrome's cycling track - Siberian pine wood. It also features the name and logo of the velodrome.
