The Town Planning Board today (November 29) announced amendment to the draft South Lantau Coast Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendment involves the rezoning of a piece of land to the north of Cheung Sha Government Holiday Bungalows at Cheung Sha from "Residential (Group C)" to "Residential (Group C)1" to increase the development intensity of the land for provision of more residential units.
The draft South Lantau Coast OZP No. S/SLC/18 incorporating the amendment is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters of the Planning Department in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sai Kung and Islands District Planning Office, the Islands District Office and the South Lantau Rural Committee.
Any person can make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Board on or before January 29, 2014. Representations made to the Town Planning Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft South Lantau Coast OZP are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the OZP can be viewed at the Town Planning Board's website at www.info.gov.hk/tpb.
