Young readers awarded certificates at HK Central Library (with photos)

The certificate presentation ceremony for the Reading Programme for Children and Youth and the Voluntary Helpers Scheme, organised by the Hong Kong Public Libraries of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, was held today (November 16) at Hong Kong Central Library. Over 50 children and youths, school representatives and volunteers were awarded for their efforts in reading and voluntary library services. Photo shows guests and prize winners.
