Proposed works of Central Kowloon Route gazetted

     The Government published a notice in the Gazette today (November 1) on the proposed works of the Central Kowloon Route connecting the West Kowloon Reclamation Area and the proposed Kai Tak Development Area to relieve traffic congestion on the existing roads across the central Kowloon area.

     The proposed works are set out in the Annex. The plans and scheme of the works are available for public inspection at the following government offices during office hours:

     Any person who wishes to object to the works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport and Housing, 22/F, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on or before December 31, 2013.
