The services provided by Mobile Libraries 3 and 9 will be suspended for designated periods in October and November for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (October 17).
The service points of Mobile Library 3 to be affected from October 21 to 26 are Siu Hong Court, Shan King Estate, Sam Shing Estate and Fu Tai Estate in Tuen Mun; Tin Yiu Estate in Tin Shui Wai; and Ping Shan and Fairview Park in Yuen Long. For enquiries, please call 2450 1857.

The service points of Mobile Library 9 to be affected from October 30 to November 12 are Kai Yip Estate in Kowloon Bay, Tsui Ping (South) Estate in Kwun Tong, Tin Wan Estate in Aberdeen, Oi Tung Estate in Aldrich Bay, Tai Hong Street in Lei King Wan and Heng Fa Chuen in Chai Wan. For enquiries about Mobile Library 9 services, please call 2505 4690.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during the service suspension period. They may also renew library materials by telephone at 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk/english/catalogues/catalogues_rbr/catalogues_rbr.html.
