| The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Gregory So, today (October 10) visited ASB Biodiesel (Hong Kong) Ltd's new biodiesel plant at Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate. The plant is the 3 000th investment project completed by Invest Hong Kong and its first from Bahrain.
