The Lands Department today (October 9) announced that the tender for a site, Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 122 at Wan Po Road, Area 85, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, has been awarded to Wealth Up Development Limited (parent company: SUNeVision Holdings Limited) on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $428 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the site to the highest tenderer," a Lands Department spokesman said.
The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets were:
(1) HKCOLO Limited (Goodcolo (Holding) Limited)
(2) iTech Tower 3 Limited (Grand Ming Group Holdings Limited)
(3) Outer Space Technology (HK) Limited
(4) Sunlight Developments Limited (Goodman HK Investments)
Tseung Kwan O Town Lot No. 122 has a site area of about 10,300 square metres and is designated for high-tier data centre purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 26,400 sq m and 44,000 sq m respectively.
