The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (September 30) published the September 2013 issue of its Quarterly Bulletin.
The Quarterly Bulletin contains a feature article on new international standards on effective resolution regimes for financial institutions drawn up by the Financial Stability Board.
