Missing man in Kwai Chung located

Police located a man who went missing in Kwai Chung.
Woo Kai-yuen, aged 62, left an elderly centre on Mei Fong Street at noon on September 19 and failed to return. Staff of the elderly centre made a report to Police on the following day.
The man was located in Tsuen Wan this morning (Septerber 23). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
