     The Hong Kong Observatory cancelled all tropical cyclone signals at 10.25am today (September 23).

     Public transport companies are beginning to resume service.

     The Home Affairs Department has opened 27 temporary shelters where a total of 281 people have sought refuge.

     According to the Hospital Authority, as at 9.30am, a total of 17 people, including 12 males and 5 females, aged between 29 and 73, have sought medical treatment at the Accident and Emergency Departments at public hospitals.  Eight of them were admitted, while the other nine were discharged after treatment.

     The 1823 Government Call Centre received a total of 131 reports of fallen trees.

     The Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that as at 9.30am, a total of 119 arrival passenger flights and 110 departure passenger flights have been delayed; while 127 arrival passenger flights and 128 departure passenger flights were cancelled.

     The Drainage Services Department received two reports of flooding - at Tuen Mun and Sham Shui Po as at 9.30am. No report of landslide has been received.
