The Transport Department (TD) today (September 23) announced that services provided in TD's Licensing Offices at Admiralty, Cheung Sha Wan, Kwun Tong and Sha Tin, the Public Vehicles Unit, the Cross Boundary Unit, the Driving Test Appointment Office and Vehicle Examination Centres will resume within two hours upon the Hong Kong Observatory's announcement of lowering of the No.8 gale or storm signal.
Members of the public having scheduled for vehicle examination today should make rescheduled appointments with the Vehicle Examination Centres as soon as they re-open.
Candidates having scheduled for driving test this morning will be individually informed of the alternative arrangements.
