"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
Classes of all AM and whole-day schools will remain suspended today.
Classes of PM primary and secondary schools and classes of evening schools will resume today.
If the Hong Kong Observatory cancels the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 by 10.30am, classes of PM kindergartens will resume today."
