As the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced that the closed meeting of the LegCo Public Accounts Committee scheduled to be held at 10am today (September 23) in Conference Room 5 of the LegCo Complex has now been cancelled.
