The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate licences of two public car parks in Wan Chai and Chai Wan, each for a term of three years. The properties should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and motor cycles only.
The public car park in Wan Chai is located in the Lower and Upper Basements of Wanchai Tower at 12 Harbour Road, Immigration Tower at 7 Gloucester Road and Revenue Tower at 5 Gloucester Road. The one in Chai Wan is situated in Basements One and Two of the Chai Wan Municipal Services Building at 338 Chai Wan Road.
The tender notices were gazetted today (September 13). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before September 30 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on October 10 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
