Tender period for reconstruction and rehabilitation of Kai Tak River extended

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) today (September 13) announced that in response to requests from interested contractors, the tender period for the contract for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Kai Tak River from Tung Kwong Road to Prince Edward Road East has been extended until noon on September 27.
The DSD invited tenders for the contract on July 26. The original tender period was scheduled to expire at noon today.
A notice on the extension of the tender period was gazetted today.
The DSD has commissioned Atkins China Ltd to design and supervise the works. For enquiries, please call the company at 2972 1809.
