Reporter: (On the Black Outbound Travel Alert for the Philippines.)
Secretary for Security: Regarding the black travel alert, our system has been in place to give suitable advice to Hong Kong residents whether they should pay attention to the local circumstances and situations before deciding whether they should go to that place for travel purposes. As we all know that the situation since the hostage incident has not been substantially changed, we do not consider that it is an appropriate time to lift this alert.
