The Government Property Agency is inviting bids for separate tenancies of two government properties in Tai Kok Tsui and a government canteen in Kowloon Bay, each for a term of three years.
The two government properties in Tai Kok Tsui are located at the ground floor, Hoi Hong Buildings, 41 Tit Shu Street, and the ground floor, Hoi Hong Buildings, 45 and 47 Tit Shu Street. The government canteen is situated at the first floor, Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Headquarters, 12 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay.
The properties in Tai Kok Tsui should be used for the purposes of retail or provision of services or combination of any of them only (excluding restaurant, cafeteria, garage, motor vehicle repairing, maintenance, lubricating and washing services, funeral parlour, coffin shop, temple and Buddhist hall for the performance of the ceremony known as "Ta Chai" or any similar ceremony, boarding house, apartment house, dance hall, music hall, pet shop and any uses for keeping livestock or poultry or any noisy or offensive or immoral or nuisance or annoyance trade or business) while that in Kowloon Bay should be used for the purposes of canteen only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (August 16). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 on or before September 3 this year for the properties in Tai Kok Tsui, and on or before September 2 this year for the property in Kowloon Bay.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on September 9 this year for the properties in Tai Kok Tsui, and before noon on September 10 for the one in Kowloon Bay. Late tenders will not be accepted.
