Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 15) that the lifesaving services at Hap Mun Bay Beach, Kiu Tsui Beach and Trio Beach in Sai Kung District resumed today. The lifesaving services at the three beaches were suspended earlier on as lifeguards were unable to go to the beaches by ferry due to inclement weather.
However, due to big waves, the red flags have been hoisted at Hap Mun Bay Beach and Trio Beach. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
