     The Hong Kong Observatory replaced the No. 8 Southeast Gale or Storm Signal, issued at 1.40am today (August 14), by the No. 3 Strong Wind Signal at 1.40pm this afternoon as Severe Typhoon Utor is moving away from Hong Kong.

     Public transport service has gradually resumed normal.

     The Home Affairs Department has opened 20 temporary shelters where a total of 54 people have sought refuge.

     According to the Hospital Authority, as at 1.30pm, a total of six people, comprising two men and four women, aged 26 to 84, have sought medical treatment at the Accident and Emergency Departments (A&E) at public hospitals. Among them, the four women were treated and discharged, while one man was admitted and the other is still at A&E.

     The 1823 Government Call Centre received a total of 21 reports of fallen trees.

     The Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that as at 12 noon, 136 arrival flights and 105 departure flights have been delayed; while 53 arrival flights and 57 departure flights cancelled.
     
     The Drainage Services Department received six reports of minor flooding - at To Kwa Wan, Mong Kok, Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong, Wong Tai Sin and Tseung Kwan O as at 1pm. No report of landslide has been received.
