The Transport Department today (August 14) announced that the public services under the Department, i.e. the Licensing Offices, the Cross Boundary Unit, Vehicle Examination Centres and Driving Examination Centres, will be suspended as the No. 8 gale or storm signal is now in force.
Members of the public having scheduled for vehicle examination today should make rescheduled appointments with the Vehicle Examination Centres as soon as the centres re-open.
Candidates having scheduled for driving test this morning will be individually informed of the alternative arrangements. If No. 8 gale or storm signal is still in force?at 11.30am, all driving tests today will be cancelled. Candidates will be individually informed of the alternative arrangements.
