The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 13) that due to big waves and inclement weather, red flags have been hoisted at Deep Water Bay Beach and Repulse Bay Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
