Political Assistant to Secretary for Labour and Welfare to leave post in late August

In response to media enquiries, a government spokesman confirmed today (August 10) that the Political Assistant to the Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Ms Zandra Mok Yee-tuen, has tendered resignation due to her need to take care of her young children and will leave the government with effect from August 24.
The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, thanked Ms Mok for her contribution towards his bureau during her tenure, the spokesman added.
