At "Hong Kong - Your Platform to Going Global" seminar hosted by the Invest Hong Kong in Dalian, Liaoning Province, today (August 5), the Director-General of Investment Promotion, Mr Simon Galpin, encouraged Mainland entrepreneurs to "go global" via Hong Kong.
