Public invited to attend forums on "How should parody be appropriately taken care of under the copyright regime"

     The Government will hold two public forums in August and September to collect public views on how parody should be appropriately taken care of under the copyright regime. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

     Details of the two public forums are as follows:

Date: August 17 (Saturday)
Time: 3pm to 4.30pm
Venue: Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
(Simultaneous interpretation service will be provided in this forum)

Date: September 22 (Sunday)
Time: 11am to 12.30pm
Venue: Function Room AC2, 4/F, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, 10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

     Those who would like to attend the public forums may download the registration form from the website, www.ipd.gov.hk/eng/publicforum/form.pdf, complete it and return it by email (businesscentre@ipd.gov.hk), by fax (2838 6082) or by post (25/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) to the Intellectual Property Department Business Centre for seat reservation.
